Refund policy

RETURNS

Clothing can be returned for a refund within within 14 days of delivery via the returns portal. 

Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Returns that arrive with any marks, stains, odors (including but not limited to smoke, perfume, or body odor), soiling, or other signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund. Such items will be sent back to the buyer.

Sale items are only eligible for a store credit refund.

Returns cannot be made for custom fit clothing, made to order items or bikini bottoms and bodysuits for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs will need to be covered by yourself, the buyer. 

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
