RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, clothing can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK consumer law.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please submit your return via the returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Returns that arrive with any marks, stains, odors including but not limited to smoke, perfume, or body odor, soiling, or other signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund. Such items will be sent back to the buyer.
Sale items are only eligible for a store credit refund.
Returns cannot be made for custom fit clothing, made to order items or bikini bottoms and bodysuits for hygiene reasons.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
